COACHES INFORMATION & HELP
Thank you for volunteering your time to help grow the players of AYSO Region 116.
All coaches are required to register as a volunteer and complete player safety certifications. Click on the CVPA tab for a full list of these requirements.
AYSO Age Appropriate Coach License Required Training:
- 6U Coaches - AYSO 6U Coach course or higher
- 8U Coaches - AYSO 8U Coach course or higher
- 10U Coaches - AYSO 10U Coach course or higher
- 12U Coaches - AYSO 12U Coach course or higher
- 14U Coaches - AYSO Intermediate Coach course or higher
- 16U Coaches - AYSO Advanced Coach course
- 19U Coaches - AYSO Advanced Coach course

Game Line-Up Cards
For 10U and up coaches, you are required to print game line up cards before each game.

How to Print your Certifications

AYSO/USSF Coach Cross-Certification
AYSO has created the following coach training equivalency policy for coaches who hold a recognized coaching license issued by U.S. Soccer or United Soccer Coaches (formerly NSCAA) and wish to participate in AYSO. Please click the following link for the cross-certification policy and instructions:
Player Medical Release Forms
Coaches are required to have a printed player medical release form with them at each practice and game. Click below for instructions on how you can access and print your team's player medical release forms.
